Keon is the Executor Director of Riverside Group, which with its associate companies under the ‘Riverside’ brand, provides licensed trust services, wills, estate administration, trust administration, corporate secretarial, tax, accounting, family office services and training.
His career spans over 30 years, the past twenty of which have been in finance, estate planning and trust services.
He is the author of Planning your Will, Trust, LPA and more in which he collaborated with over 30 practitioners from over 12 countries. He is often sought by the local media for his views on estate planning.

Outgoing President Farewell Statement on 7 March 2024
It has been a great privilege to serve AEPA and its members.
When we started, there were 25 of us. These were my friends who came from 10 different professions. We were united in wanting to create an organisation that would bring estate planning to every family in Singapore and beyond – regardless of wealth level.
Looking back at the past 24 months, we ran 14 events. We got connected to and have various initiatives with 10 organisations including Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCCI), Community Chest (ComChest), Singapore College of Insurance (SCI) and Special Needs Trust Company (SNTC).
And today, I am proud to announce that we have 270 members.
It has been quite a journey, and I have no doubt with the new team in place under the helm of Allen Lim, AEPA is at the cusp of great achievement and success.
In closing, to paraphrase what James Clear said in his book Atomic Habits:
“Success is the product of daily habits [not of grandiose plans and goals].
You get what you repeat.”
